Luminosity is a privately held Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), jointly owned by its two Principals, Sheri L. Mackey and Stephen W. Mackey. Luminosity Global is a minority owned company.

Sheri L. Mackey

Sheri Mackey has spent more than 28 years living, working, learning, and traveling throughout the world, providing a unique perspective on intercultural relationships and the impact these relationships have on global business operations. With over 20 years of executive management experience, with expertise in global operations and service delivery across multiple industries, she is the Founder of Luminosity Global Consulting Group –– a global intercultural coaching and consulting firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida –– offering a full range of services focused on helping executives succeed across boundaries and borders. Ms. Mackey’s work with executives in Fortune 500 companies has resulted in organization-wide initiatives that have facilitated the achievement of exceptional business results of those organizations on a worldwide basis.

She is an International Certified Master Coach, as well as having an MBA in International Management from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Sheri is active in the community, serving on several Not For Profit Boards of Directors and mentoring at-risk teenage girls.

Stephen W. Mackey

Co-Founder & Financial Officer

Steve Mackey, with more than twenty years of Business, Finance, and Project Management expertise, is currently the Executive Director of Health Research Association, LCC (a USC subsidiary). In the past he has led billion dollar projects for Fortune 500 corporations, served as the Chief Business Official for a school district in California, and was a Program Manager for the United States Air Force managing billions of dollars in resources. He is active in his community, mentoring teenage boys and coaching sports. Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.Sc. in Business Management.
